1. Scope of Application

This website is operated by OrienTeasures (hereinafter referred to as "we/us/our"). By accessing this website or purchasing products from us, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (including the associated Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy), which apply to all users (including browsers, consumers, etc.).

Product Features：We offer Japanese vintage treasures and Chinese artisanal products. Some items are one-of-a-kind or handcrafted, so colors/details may slightly differ due to device display variations or handmade characteristics—please refer to the physical product. Products are available in limited quantities and will be removed from sale once stock is exhausted.

Price and Service Changes：Product prices are subject to change without prior notice; we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part of the services (e.g., temporary product removal) without advance notice and shall not be liable for any losses arising therefrom.

Order Processing：We reserve the right to restrict or cancel orders based on actual circumstances (e.g., stock shortages, abnormal orders). If an order is canceled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your provided contact information. Free global shipping applies to orders totaling $60 or more; a $7 shipping fee applies to orders under $60 (excluding special-category products). Right to Terminate：If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to services; you may also terminate these Terms by ceasing use of the website. After termination, you shall still be liable for any order-related obligations incurred prior to termination.

Entire Agreement：These Terms, together with the associated Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior oral/written agreements. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

8. Governing Law and Contact Information

Governing Law：The formation, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For matters not covered by CISG, globally recognized international trade practices (e.g., Incoterms) shall apply. Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
