Returns & Refund Policy 
1. Applicable Scenarios for Returns & Exchanges
Eligible scenarios: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products with quality defects (e.g., damage, functional issues) that occur during production or transportation.
Ineligible scenarios:
Vintage products: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to "minor signs of use" (a natural characteristic of vintage items).
Customized artisanal products: Returns or exchanges are not supported, as they are made according to your specific requirements.
2. Free Shipping Order Returns
In the event that you need to return an item that you bought during a free shipping promotion, we will not consider the outbound shipping costs (since this was free) and you will be charged a return shipping fee as usual.
3. Return & Exchange Process
To apply for a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email and provide details including your order number, product photos/videos (to verify the issue), and the reason for the request. Our team will review your application and respond within 3-5 working days.
