During Sales Promotion period, deliveries may take 3 or 5 working days longer than usual.
1. Shipping Methods and Costs
To offer you the best service and ensure fast deliveries, we ship with cooperative logistics. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us. Shipping rates are determined based on the standards of the cooperative logistics companies; the specific rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 5 working days. For special-category products, the dispatch time may take 5-10 working days, and specific timelines will be determined based on the actual product situation. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and start from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination.
Important Delivery Information
We recommend that you consider the following information:
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.
2. Free Shipping
Orders with a total amount of $60 or more qualify for free global shipping. For orders below $60, a $7 shipping fee will be applied. Special-category products are subject to separate shipping charges, which will be specified at checkout.
From time to time, we run free shipping promotions which will be notified by email. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout.
In the event that you need to return an item that you bought during a free shipping promotion, we will not consider the outbound shipping costs (since this was free) and you will be charged a return shipping fee as usual.
3. Guest Check Out
If you would like to purchase our products without any registration process, you can proceed as a Guest and can do the purchase by providing the proper communication and billing details.
4. First Time Orders
For your security, if it is the first time you place an order please register your account with accurate details to avoid delays in processing the order. Please also make sure to enter your contacts accurately, so we can communicate with you if we need to.
5. Insurance
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
6. Tracking your Shipment
We will send you the tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
7. Taxes and Duties
Pricing and delivery costs are displayed while browsing our site.
Taxes and Duties will be applied as per the custom duty regulations of the destination Country.
